CSV Media Clubhouse, Ipswich has many years of experience delivering English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) courses. The main aim of the ESOL courses we provide is to give non-English speakers the necessary English skills and confidence needed to use the language to improve career prospects and to integrate in the community.

We offer a wide range of flexible provision such as short, informal courses for pre-entry learners and longer courses where learners will study towards sitting an exam and gaining a national ESOL qualification.

We are able to offer courses from pre-entry to Level 2 and accreditation from Entry 1 to Level 2.

All learners are Initially Assessed before being placed onto an ESOL course at CSV to ensure that they are put into the correct class for their level. Each learner keeps an Individual Learning Plan, recording their progress week by week. Their progress is also monitored by the tutor through tutorials and end of course reviews.
